Rising menswear designer, Liam Hodges, started out at London’s Royal College of Art in 2013 and debuted a collection for Fashion East before gaining catwalk sponsorship at the prestigious Topman backed MAN show for three seasons. His work has since been featured in Dazed, i-D, GQ, Vogue and Hypebeast, while his designs have been spotted on the likes of Drake, P.Diddy, FKA Twigs, Danny Brown and Big Sean.
Liam’s brand was chosen as the Space for Ideas “Team Choice”, for his unique focus on creating a conversation that challenges current narratives surrounding the relationship between designer clothes and sustainability. Liam saw the opportunity to turn production waste and excess material into new and desirable products. His aim was to provoke conversation on the way we consume, the season-led nature of the fashion industry, and how we can move towards more sustainable practices.
