The full window shelf space which is 90cm x 33cm can be rented for £33+VAT/day.
Pricing:
All bookings over 1 month long will receive a discount of 10%
Bookings during London Fashion Week will be priced at £60 + VAT/day (16th - 25th September). Brands can invite press and buyers to the store during that period.
Opening Hours:
Monday-Saturday: 11.00 - 20.00
Sunday: 12.00 - 18.00
The landlord will staff the space and close sales for brands.
Rail space is also available in the store via this listing.
A commission of 12% + VAT will be taken on sales.
The minimum duration of the booking is 2 weeks, the maximum is 3 months.
Wifi is available in the store. The landlord does have storage space for stock.
For any missing goods that may occur while the stock is in the premise during the sale, if it is confirmed as the store’s responsibility for the loss after the investigation, the store will pay for the lost item at its cost price or 30% of its retail price (whichever is less).
