You’ll find this kiosk unit to rent in the centre of Westfield London. With ample storage cupboards, a fridge and the opportunity to personalise the space with signage, this is the perfect spot for a grab-and-go food brand to reap the rewards of trading in Europe’s largest shopping centre.
Westfield London is West London’s favourite shopping spot and Europe’s largest shopping centre. With a mix of 265 brands, from high-end designers to cheap and cheerful classics, you can guarantee a constant crowd all year round from all walks of life. It doesn’t fall short on transport connections either. With Shepherd’s Bush, White City, Wood Lane and Holland Park underground stations providing access to the centre, it’s as well connected as it is impressive. Whether you want your brand to be seen or make a scene, launching in one of Westfield London’s spectacular units is sure to give your brand IRL impact.
Located near Westfield London’s main Atrium Event space, this kiosk is near to the likes of M&S, Sky, and Genesis.
This space and price is only valid for independent start up brands for a period of 1 month minimum to maximum term of 3 months with flexibility.
Fit out will need to pass through the relevant approval process to be outlined by the Westfield team prior to commencement onsite, including but not limited to:
Core centre hours must be adhered to unless otherwise specified.
Spaces must be returned to the condition that they were received in.
In the event that business rates become payable, the Tenant agrees to reimburse the Landlord for the business rates liability applicable to the Premises.
Brands are responsible for graphics and branding at own cost. Brands are to use Westfield’s graphics supplier (or a supplier as approved by Westfield).
No cooking or frying is allowed on site. No food preparation is permitted on the kiosk. Certain baking ovens are fine, but approval will be needed in advance depending on the equipment being used.
There’s no running water so coffee shops and cook-on-site concepts aren’t suitable for this space - your goods will need to be ready to fly off the shelves. Being in one of London’s best-loved shopping centres, it’s a pricey spot but perfectly placed to charm the constant crowds.
