Please note:

A cleaning fee of £100 will be added to either the initial payment or deducted from the deposit.

Tenants must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term. If the check-out is delayed, a £100 late fee will be applied and deducted from the security deposit held.

Check-in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check-out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.

Any reception in the evening such as launch cocktails including trading beyond the permitted hours is strictly subject to the landlord's approval.

Noise levels should be kept to reasonable levels at all times - events with amplified/loud music are not permitted.

No activity to happen beyond 9pm on any day

Utilities are included subject to a fair usage policy (up to £150+VAT/month)

Brands are required to have Public Liability up to £2m

Any work to the space requires Landlord approval

All signage to be fixed to the outside of the space requires Landlord approval

Brands are responsible for all removal and disposal of rubbish from the space
