Tenant has access to exclusive use of the basement level as well.
the rubbish disposal is at 3:30PM in the square in the beginning of Shepherd Market (in front of the Barber shop).
Noise: no loud music past 10PM.
There is a table and two chairs in front of the gallery that are allowed to be outside only during gallery working hours, which normally are: Monday - Saturday 10AM-6PM. They need to be put inside during all other times.
