Powerscroft Road, Clapton - Gallery Space

Clapton in North-East London has come a long way since the 1990s. Once neglected in favour of neighbours Dalston and Stoke Newington, it has evolved into a buzzing area popular with the creative crowd, and is now a prime location for independent exhibitions, shoots and industry events. This space has a wall of windows facing the street (and two flat skylights for additional natural light) making it suitable for retail, as well as events or creative concepts. The decor is simple and industrial in feel, with white walls and concrete floors. A double door at the back leads to a second space, a large warehouse-style room, which is also available to rent. Transport access is quick and straightforward, with Homerton, Hackney Central and Hackney Downs Overground stations all in close proximity.
