Unless you are renting this space for a long period of time little redecoration is permitted. Although this space looks great just as it is so don't let that hold you back.

Please note that the price is based on an 8 hour day between 0900 - 1700. Any additional hours outside of 0900 - 1700 will be charged at £200/ph. Please enquire for custom quotes.
Hours of operation: Monday - Sunday: 08:00am - 22:00pm (4 hour minimum hire policy).
OVERTIME
The Hirer must include set up and take down time within the hours booked in order to avoid additional overtime charges.
The Owner reserves the right to charge the Hirer its overtime rates for the use of the Premises if the use continues after the time at which the Event is due to end.
Overtime charge is £200 per hour.
Facilities: All furniture as shown in the above pictures are included. The studio comes with full AV package to include full HD 1080p Projector, 55” Plasma Screen, 5.1 Surround Sound System and High Speed Wifi.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: A minimum charge of £120 will be incurred as a basic cleaning fee. Large groups and extended booking periods may be subject to further cleaning fees. Further charges may be incurred depending on the event duration and total guests in attendance. If your event is to run beyond 10pm and if alcohol is consumed, we reserve the right to include an additional security fee.
