Who wouldn't want to set up shop on this historic street in the middle of Soho? Fast becoming a destination in itself for streetwear thanks to END’s flagship store which opened here in 2018, Marshall Street has made it’s name in fashion, with some of the coolest brands, including Cole Buxton, Billionaire Boy’s Club, Cubitts, Drop Dead Store and C P Company, all making their home here over the years. This impressive corner space to rent is fully white-boxed and would be perfect for retail launches and brand activations.
Where Carnaby attracts a large international and touristic crowd, Marshall Street has more of a community vibe that’s more likened to Soho. Saturdays are busiest with shoppers, between 3pm and 7pm. Poland Street is lively with people throughout the week with its many bars and eateries, which is perfect if you're holding a public event.
On Marshall Street, there's the popular indie barbershop Johnny’s Chop Shop, as well as menswear boutiques CP Company and Drop Dead Clothing. Around the corner on Newburgh Street (in Carnaby Village) are the more traditional menswear stores like Levi’s, Barbour and Fred Perry. On Poland Street, there's the American-style smokehouse Bodean's, as well as Nudie Jeans and You Must Create (YMC). Rather handily, the Soho multi-storey car park is right next door.
This shop doesn't have the most inspiring facade, so you'll need to get creative with the window displays to be sure to draw in passers by.
