Space rules
The space can be fitted-out and merchandised to the brands specifications and must be returned to the Landlord in the same state as it was taken.
For tenancies under one month, an automatic cleaning fee of £200 will be added.
Use of the exterior of the shop and repaint or decoration of the external and internal walls is by prior agreement with the Landlord.
Any private view or launch drinks need to be between finished by 9pm. Venue can arrange security (local doorman) for £100 per hour.
