Please note, the price listed is for filming and shoots. If the space is for events, pricing will vary depending on the event nature, size, number of guests and space needed. Please see below for further details.

- Atrium + adjacent long room + yard + smoking area (morning access until 11pm Sundays and weekdays, or midnight on Fridays and Saturdays) = £15,000 +VAT per day
- Boat space + yard + smoking area (morning access until 11pm Sundays and weekdays, or midnight on Fridays and Saturdays) = £15,000 +VAT per day
- Exclusive hire (all of the above, same access times) = £20,000 +VAT per day

Guide prices for filming and shoots are as follows:
- One of the main spaces or partial hire: £2,500 per day +VAT (8/10 hours day)
- Exclusive hire: £5,000 +VAT per day (8/10 hours day)

Please note, there may be additional costs for incurred for; cleaning, waste disposal, security, extra storage space, late finish, early morning access, overnight hold.

Venue can provide cleaning and waste disposal for £1000+vat for both, and security can be arranged with partner firm who will establish the quantity of guards needed according to the production floorplan.

No painting of the brickwork.

The venue does not have an alcohol license but the landlords are willing to apply for a temporary events notice.

Please note that a damage deposit of £1,000 (or more depending on the length of the hire) is required when hiring this space.

VAT is applicable on the total price when hiring this space.
