Please note that the price advertised is the starting rate for up to 20 people from 9am-6pm, and range up to £3,400 for a group of 100. Price can also differ for evening bookings.
Additional hours are charged at 10% of day-rate if booked in advance and 20% if unbooked.
There are two fully equipped kitchens.
The property has a large marble bathroom/changing area, makeup mirror, wooden floors, original Victorian brick walls, polished Welsh slate entrance, original Crittall windows and two wrought-iron spiral staircases, plus alternative access for easy loading/unloading.
