Space rules
Sound level must be maintained to a non-audible level at the rear and entrance of the premises at all times.
Proof of insurance must be shared with the landlord 14 days before the start date and must include public liability, employer’s liability with an indemnity limit of at least £5 million and cover “indemnity to principal” and "negligent damage to hired premises".
Installation must be carried out between 8am and 6pm on Thursday 29th February 2024
The event must be held from 6pm until 11pm on Thursday 29th February 2024
Pack-up and check-out period strictly from 8am to 12pm on Friday 1st March 2024
NO LOADING BEFORE 8AM OR AFTER 6PM
The occupier must comply with all the statutory requirements with regard to health and safety, and in particular on the number of persons that can be accommodated within the hire area. These numbers are restricted to 260 in the Gallery and 60 in the Studio. These numbers are exclusive to each individual area and any occupation over these limits will be considered a reason to terminate the occupation with immediate effect.
