A Little About This Space
For the second year, Appear Here are powering an Artisan Winter Market on the forecourt of Fenchurch Street Station. From the 1st until the 24th December we're looking for brands to bring seasonal products, luxurious artisanal gifts, and wintery lunchtime offerings to this busy spot.
Located on the landscaped piazza outside the main ticket hall, over 40,000 people pass through the area every day. A large catchment of commuters and office workers mean it's especially busy between 7.00 - 9.30, 12.00 - 14.30, and 17.00 - 19.00. Each pitch comes with a smart black 3m x 3m gazebo and 13 amps of power. Brands will need to bring their own tables and signage.
At the south eastern corner of the Square Mile, Fenchurch Street Station is the terminus for trains coming from east London and south Essex. Tower Hill tube station and Tower Gateway DLR station are both close by, and the Tower of London itself is under 10 minutes' walk, making it a popular area for tourists.

Rules of The Space
The market will run Monday to Friday (1st - 24th December), it is closed on weekends. Minimum booking length is 5 days, Monday - Friday. There is a TENs in place over the month of December with the landlord (please check with your concierge).
Set up must be either before 7.00, or at 9.30, not in between these hours. De-rig must be either just before 16.00, or after 19.00.
A compulsory briefing will be run by the station staff at 9.30am on your first day of trading. You will not be permitted to trade if this has not been completed.
The station is not licensed, so brands wishing to sell alcohol will need to apply for their own Temporary Events Notice.
All F&B brands must obtain and display a food hygiene rating in accordance with the government's Food Standards Agency scheme.
A 3m x 3m gazebo and 13 amps of power is provided. You must bring your own table, and it's recommended you bring lighting. Brands are responsible for setting up and dismantling gazebos every day, overnight storage is available on-site.
There may be space for 1 vehicle pitch, depending on numbers.
Toilets are in the station building. There is no wifi.
A welcome pack will be provided at the point of booking. Please note, this market has strict rules and regulations, and any non-compliances will result in traders being asked to leave the market immediately.
Home Truths
There’s no parking on site, only short term loading.
There is no storage space, other than a dedicated room for the stalls to be kept in overnight.
