A Little About This Space
Club Row is a beautiful converted office space in the heart of Shoreditch. This space has a ground floor and a basement level to work with. It's all glass at the front and inside you'll find a medium, square-shaped room with high ceilings and exposed brickwork at the back. The decor is clean and polished, and the space is in great shape – so you'll be good to launch as soon as you move in. Downstairs, the basement has another medium-sized main room plus two additional smaller rooms. Redchurch Street - considered the most popular shopping street in London - is just around the corner.

Rules of The Space
No loud music past 8pm and no music should be excessively heard from outside of the unit at any time of day to respect the surrounding neighbours.
Tenant must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term, if the check out is delayed a £100 late fee will be applied.
Check in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.
Waste removal should be disposed of in the prescribed way as per instructions on check in. Failure to do so, could result in deductions from your deposit.
