A1 licence.
No loud music past 8pm and no music should be excessively heard from outside of the unit at any time of day to respect the surrounding neighbours.
Tenant must leave the Premises by 5pm on the final day of the Term, if the check out is delayed a £100 late fee will be applied.
Check in is from 9am on the first day of tenancy.
Check out is by 5pm on the final day of tenancy.
Waste removal should be disposed of in the prescribed way as per instructions on check-in. Failure to do so could result in deductions from your deposit.

There is also a basement space of 515 sq ft - so total area of 1,135 sq ft.
The landlord has given the all clear to redecorate the space, if you need help realising your vision, we can put you in touch with some great designers and builders in London. The boiler in this space is quite small, so it might not be suitable if you need continuous large quantities of hot water.
Please be aware, the space does not have WiFi and if you require heating, please bring your own equipment.
