A Little About This Space
BOXPARK is the world’s first pop-up mall, with a renowned line-up of local and global fashion and lifestyle brands, cafes and restaurants. This small unit will see you close to busy Shoreditch High Street station and BOXPARK’s very own green, for one month. This space is available for a great retailer and comes equipped with an adjustable key clamp shelving and rail system.
THE CROWD
This is where the city's young, hip and creative meet, shop and play. BOXPARK attracts a trickle of after-work browsers before they head upstairs to the upper deck for street food-style fare and a cold craft beer. Weekends are the busiest (from 2pm until 6pm) with shoppers, foodies, and tourists coming to and from Spitalfields, Brick Lane and Old Street. Shoreditch High Street station is next door.

You'll be surrounded by brands such as Kiehl's, Deciem and Hype. Food joints include popular NYC-style pizza spot Voodoo Ray’s, and Soft Serve Society who specialises in unique ice cream flavours.

Check-In
Key collection - 3pm Mondays
*Box Park is unable to offer an earlier key collection as all bookings run Monday - Monday back to back
Shop fit period: Monday evening and Tuesday morning
Shop Fit Designs are to be approved and signed off by Boxpark before any works can take place
Trading times: 11am - 7pm daily,
except Thursdays (11am to 8pm)
and Sundays (midday to 6pm)
Boxpark will supply the unit with an adjustable key clamp shelving and rail system
Check-Out
Key drop off - 9AM Monday
*you may forfeit your deposit if the keys are returned late
Please return the keys to the office (unit 57 upstairs) we have security on site 24/7, 7 days a week. Therefore, if you would like to hand them back at any point before Monday, i.e. on Sunday evening, that is fine too.
For a full deposit refund, please ensure that the below is adhered to when you hand the unit back to us:
• Remove all merchandise, extra fittings and furniture • Remove screws/nails/sticky tape
• Fill and sand any holes
• Paint walls if necessary using smooth white
masonry paint, floor protection must be used
• Remove all branding
• Clean windows, mirrors, till desk, cube and shelving • Sweep and mop floor
• Hoover entrance floor mat
• Clear and clean store room
• Be in unit for any couriers picking up items
Home Truths
BOXPARK is a pop-up mall so it is not always possible to guarantee who your neighbours will be at the time of booking.
The space will provide access to BOXPARK WiFi for the first month of the tenancy, with a requirement for retailers to procure their own WiFi thereafter.
PLEASE NOTE: Tenants must collect the keys at 3pm on the Monday (start day), do their shop fit, and then trade Tues - Sunday, de-rig and clean the unit and hand the keys back to the landlord at midday on the Monday after.
Please note, BOXPARK no longer offer a signage pack for booking under 4 weeks, above the door will read "pop up" and the digital screen can be used for advertising.
