11th Avenue – The Chelsea Showroom on the Hudson

This part of Chelsea is in the middle of art gallery row attracting a ton of tourists. Due to its location near the Hudson River, it’s a good walk from any subways.

Hours beyond 9am - 7pm M-F will be subject to our “rules of rental” which are $100 per hour. To note, this cost is to reimburse our staff who will need to be present to open, close and be on side during the rental duration. Since we have our own inventory in the space, our reps will need to be present during the booking for liability purposes. The additional fees can be paid directly to us at "Rainbowwave LTD" when the renter comes on site for their event.

bathroom cleaner (this service is usually provided by the building, but as there is only one maintenance worker, he cannot handle the additional work created by a rental)
payment to the building super/doorman if they have to stay after hours
M-F Doorman hours: 8am-8pm (front doors and elevators are locked outside of these hours)
Sat Doorman hours: 8am-6pm (front doors and elevators are locked outside of these hours)
Sun Doorman hours: 8am-4pm (front doors and elevators are locked outside of these hours)
