Ben Leventhal is changing the hospitality industry one restaurant at a time. He is the co-founder and CEO of Resy, a reservations platform using technology to enhance the restaurant experience. Named one of Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies, Resy is used by 10,000 restaurants in 160 cities today. In 2005 Ben co-founded Eater, the James Beard award-winning food and restaurant media outlet which was acquired by Vox Media in 2013. He serves on the board of directors for Hot Bread Kitchen, an organisation that creates opportunities for minority women to break into the culinary industry.
