A Little About This Space
This creative studio house sits just off Curtain Road. Its stand out feature is the rooftop event space and bar that offers spectacular skyline views of Shoreditch's iconic buildings such as Bishopsgate Tower and the Tea Building. The bar at the top is licensed allowing for a wide range of events and ideas to take over this space.
Accessing the rooftop space is an experience in itself. On your way up to the rooftop you'll discover a large chess board covering the main landing, following this there's a spiral staircase that winds its way up, right to the top. On arrival you'll find the bar to your right, and breathtaking views straight ahead.
The main building also houses a photography studio, and some private offices.

Rules of The Space
Space Hire: Tues/Wed £2350 Thurs-Sun £2950 - Requiring a minimum bar spend of £1000
Corkage Fee: £3 per bottle (if bringing your own)
Servers: £10 per hour
Catering: The landlord has a network of some of London's most exciting food vendors and caterers. P.O.A
If providing your own catering, the landlords will take a 15% stall fee.
Sound System: £200 (for PA system, not including CDJs/Vinyl decks)
DJs: From £150
Additional Lighting: £10 per par can pair
Security: £70 per team member (based on 5 hours)
There is full 63amp 3-phase power.
Available from 8am to 10pm.
The rooftop capacity is 250 people at any one time.
The bar is fully fitted and licensed and there is the possibility for both wet and dry hire (with or without in house support).
There is a £500 damage deposit required for all bookings.

There's no wheelchair or lift access so everyone will have to climb stairs, please keep this in mind when inviting people to your event.
